ON THE ROAD

HORSE SHOW SERVICES AND FEES

PREPAYMENT AMOUNT*:

• $50 deposit paid 2 weeks in advance of local horse shows
• $500 deposit paid 3 weeks in advance of horse shows over 150 miles from BWF

*Customers that cancel less than two weeks prior to the first day of the horse show are liable for grooms’ expenses and grooming & tack stalls.

DAY CARE AND GROOMING AMOUNT:

• $80 FLAT FEE/DAY -MUST BE PAID IN CASH BY LAST MORNING OF SHOW TO TONI OR MICHAEL

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: 

• Schooling of rider at the ring (included as part of flat monthly training charge)
• Lessons (included as part of flat monthly training charge)
• Schooling rides of horses (included as part of flat monthly training charge)
• Stall set up including bedding, water buckets, and personal tack trunk
• Tack stall, curtain, and landscape set up
• Grooming
• Horses brought to the ring
• Tacking & untacking
• Blanketing/unblanketing
• Bathing
• Unbraiding
• Bandaging/wrapping
• Feeding/watering
• Administering medications
• Stall cleaning
• Shipping preparations-wraps, meeting hauler, etc.
• Tear down of stall, personal tack trunk, etc. (mandatory day charge, regardless if horse does not stay for entire show)

OTHER

Lessons:

• No Charge: Horses in training (included as part of flat monthly training charge)
• $100: Horses not in training or stabling with BWF

Showing Rides:

• $50 ride: Horses in training

Shipping:

• Cost varies by location

Show expenses to be split between all customers:

• Cost of flowers, bark, etc. for show landscaping
• Shavings/feed
• Tack & grooming stalls
• Travel, accommodations & food for trainer, assistant trainer and grooms

Third Party Expenses*:

• Entry Fees
• Braiding
• On-Site Vet Care
• On-Site Farrier Services
