TRAINING, BOARD & SALES

BOARD, FULL TRAINING AND CARE:

AMOUNT: $3200/MONTH FLAT FEE 

BOARD IS COMPLETELY FULL SERVICE AND INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Premium hay fed 3-4 times a day and Cavalor grain
• Stall cleaning/bedding
• Heated enclosed stable
• Client tack room with private lockers
• Large indoor arena attached to stable
• Outdoor jumping arena
• Miles of trails
• Large turnouts
• Indoor wash racks and tack up area
• Barn furnishings cleaned professionally on a regular business

OUR PROGRAM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: 

• Unlimited contacts at home
• Training rides
• Daily turnout 
• Administering medication as needed
• Show clip (body clipping is separate)
• Mane pull
• Standing wraps & liniment, as required
• Blanketing/Unblanketing

Night Check

Amount: $60/Month per horse

Full Grooming (Optional)

Amount: $300 per horse per month

RIDES & LESSONS FOR HORSES NON CLIENTS*

LESSONS on own horse- we do not have lesson horses

• $100: Private or semi-private

RIDES 

• $100: Trainer Rides

SALES AND LEASES

COMMISSIONS:

• 15%: Purchases, Sales and Leases on amounts of $100K and below.
• 10%: Purchases, Sales and Leases on amounts over $100K.

A 3% charge will be placed on all commissions not paid within 30 days of purchase, sale or lease of horse

OTHER:
Travel expenses are charged for trips specially designated to specifically look at horses for purchase or lease.
