TRAINING, BOARD & SALES

BOARD, FULL TRAINING AND CARE:

AMOUNT: $2900/MONTH FLAT FEE

BOARD IS COMPLETELY FULL SERVICE AND INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Purchasing and feeding of hay and grain
Stall cleaning/bedding
Heated enclosed stable
Client tack room with private lockers
Large indoor arena attached to stable*
Viewing areas for indoor arena
Outdoor jumping arena*
Miles of trails
Large turnouts
Indoor wash racks and tack up area
Barn furnishings cleaned professionally on a regular business

*Constructed with specialty footing for jumping

OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Unlimited contacts at home
Daily maintenance & supervision of all flatwork, jumping for trainer rides & lessons
Daily turnout
Administering medication as needed
Show clip (body clipping is separate)
Mane pull
Standing wraps & liniment, as required
Blanketing/Unblanketing

Full Grooming (Optional)

Amount: $250 per month

Care and Rehab

Amount: $600/Month Flat Fee

Night Check

Amount: $60/Month per horse

QUARTERLY SUPPLY FEE

AMOUNT: $100 FLAT FEE

To ensure the highest quality horse care products for each client, BWF provides an unlimited supply of the following products to be used at the barn and at shows:

Fly spray
Grooming equipment
Sponges & tack soap
Shampoo & body wash
Show Sheen/coat conditioner
Mineral Ice, Absorbine, poultice
Polo wraps, saddle pads, & bell boots
Laundry service for quilts, polo wraps, and saddle pads
Farrier's Fix

RIDES & LESSONS FOR HORSES NON CLIENTS*

LESSONS on own horse- we do not have lesson horses

RIDES

$100: Trainer Rides

SALES AND LEASES

COMMISSIONS:

15%: Purchases, Sales and Leases on amounts of $100K and below.
10%: Purchases, Sales and Leases on amounts over $100K.

A 3% charge will be placed on all commissions not paid within 30 days of purchase, sale or lease of horse

OTHER:
Travel expenses are charged for trips specially designated to specifically look at horses for purchase or lease.
